After Installing the WhatsApp latest beta version for Android 2.22.8.8: your WhatsApp version will support this emojis which you can see in this screenshot
As reported by @WABetaInfo, support for Emoji 14.0 emojis such as 🫠Melting Face and 🫶 Heart Hands is now in WhatsApp beta for Android!
