WhatsApp is rolling out a new feature on business app available to some beta testers after installing latest beta version 2.24.15.6 for Android.
As you can see in the following screenshot WhatsApp added a new feature in contact about section called Add Customer Notes
This feature allows businesses to keep track of important details and interactions with their customers, you can easily access important information about the customer.
If you add a note, this information will only visible to you.
This feature will roll out to more users over the coming weeks.
